About me:

Whilst studying for my City and Guilds, I was fortunate enough to be awarded a number of awards as an apprentice painter and decorator.  I was then cast into the big wide world working for a number of painting and decorating companies in the Norhtwest of England.  

In 1983 I  started for Littlewoods Pools as a maintenance painter, reaching the dizzy hieghts of chargehand painter within the company. The National Lottery devastated the Pools industry and like many others I became surplus to requirements and as it happens this is the main reason I now live and work in Spain.

After leaving Littlewoods Pools I joined my fathers painting and decorating business, RJB Decor (hence the name) our focus was private/residential work but as the business grew we moved more into the commercial sector winning contracts on prestigious buildings around the Merseyside area; Liverpool University, The Chamber of Commerce, The Cotton Exchange, India Building etc.  

As the comercial sector developed so did our health and and safety responsibilities, I went back to college and gained my NEBOSH Certificate to cover our health and safety obligations.

And to the present, established for over 7 years in Spain, my focus has always and will always be to provide the most competitive, reliable painting and decorating service in Mazarrón and the surrounding areas.  

Hobbies:

I enjoy playing and coaching badminton in our local club in Totana, general keep fit and walking
